Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
